TheRealBusiness fair usage policy (“FUP”) is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our products.

All Outbound calls, except those to other TheRealBusiness customers, are subject to a limit of 3000 domestic calling minutes or 600 international calling minutes (whichever cap is reached first) each month. As a fraud and security measure, calls exceeding 2 hours in length may be subject to disconnection.

Any practices may be relevant in determining FUP and TheRealBusiness reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal or unusual activity into account in making its determination.

TheRealBusiness may at its option, terminate or suspend its relationship with you, and your use of any TheRealBusiness product immediately if it determines you are using the product contrary to our FUP.
